Visiting Our Office

Your first visit to Woodbridge Dental Care establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page.

You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies, and more. There’s also background information about our committed staff and our first-visit procedures. You can even save some time on your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.

Upon Arrival

Dana and Katie answer the phones and greet you when you arrive. But between the phone call and visit, they are busy making your chart, understanding your insurance so we can best estimate your coverage, and preparing any other information you might need to know during your visit.

For a Professional Cleaning Visit

Jaime will lead you back to your room, where they will get to know you, take some X-rays, and go over your health history. After professionally cleaning your teeth, they will introduce you to Dr. Sarantos or Dr. Wester, who will go through a check-up, get to know you and your priorities, and evaluate your oral health. Each of these ladies is a licensed professional with the skill and personality to make your visit pleasant.

For a Consultation or Emergency Visit

Janet or Jill will greet you and lead you back to your room. Each of these young ladies are qualified Dental Assistants. Their smile, their helpful attitude, and their professional credentials represent the best dentistry has to offer.

Upon Checkout

Katie or Dana will have already been made aware of the finances for this visit. If any follow-up is required after your visit, Katie or Dana will schedule that for you, as well as keep you well-informed of financing options.

What To Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site.   Didn't hurt a bit. Sorantos and the rest of the crew are the best. I have been coming here for what is going on 20 years and dread the idea of ever going anywhere else. I have never had anything more than the expected discomfort and the usual ask you questions with their hands in your mouth kinda stuff. She is also the biggest Prince fan in dentistry for what that is worth. Nice Moorsbridge views, trust and atmosphere that nearly put me to sleep every time. All right being too nice at this point, but wherever you are going, it's second at best.

  Nobody likes the dentist. Let’s admit that. But if you have to go to the dentist, which is obvious, Dr. Wester and Dr. Sorantos and the entire staff are amazing! Wish I didn’t have to have the work I had to have done, but that’s my problem not the dentist problem. Dr. Wester and Dr. Sorentos take the pain out of the process!

One can always expect a genuine  regard for patients, starting with walking in the door being greeted by the professional and friendly staff , Dana and Katie, to  the expert care from the amazing team I had today of Dr. Sarantos, and Janet.
